Doing the orders
When doing an order, the client must read the instructions that appear on the Website.
First, the customer must select the product he wants to buy, and then enter the amount of it. Once the product and the quantity have been selected, the customer will click on the [Add to cart] tab to place the desired product in the shopping cart, being able to check the products included in his basket at any time by clicking on the tab [see my shopping cart].
Likewise, the client must follow the instructions that appear on the screen to do the checkout process. The customer can always correct any error in the data, change the contents of the shopping cart by including or removing one or more products from the basket or cancel the entire order during the checkout process before finishing the order. When formalizing an order, the client acknowledges and declares to have read all the instructions taken during the verification process and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. The client formalizes an order for products through the Website when choosing their payment method by clicking on one of the current options.
At the time of placing the order, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of the order and indicating the order number. If the confirmation of an order does not arrive within 24 hours after its formalization, the customer can contact the seller for assistance by sending an email to email@example.com. The same email address must be used by the customer who wants to check the status of his order.
